I asked Rob at Freya Guitars for a replacement nut for my Freya Jem (I hamfisted mine and stripped it). Very personable people, I love dealing with the smaller companies who take pride in delivering quality products and servicing them. Rob shipped the part out the next day, priority post, free of charge! Now they’d go broke if they gave this kind of service to everyone but, what can I say but Wow, thanks!!!
Freya sells quality guitars for ridiculously low prices and they provide superior, personal service which is soooo missing in today’s world.
